“Mental Health care through psychoeducation”

This project addresses the need for accessible psychological and psychosocial care among vulnerable populations, including refugees, migrants, LGBTQ+ individuals, victims of domestic violence and others at risk of social exclusion. We will offer high-quality psychoeducation activities, alongside sports, community activities and additional support services like physiotherapy and legal advice.

Main objectives

The main objective is to provide comprehensive psychoeducational support to beneficiaries, enhancing their mental health and wellbeing through a combination of individual therapy, group activities, volunteer development, and community-building initiatives., complemented by the following specific objectives:

Provide individualised psychoeducational care through weekly therapy sessions to help beneficiaries manage their mental health.

Facilitate group activities that promote self-expression, social connections, and shared learning among beneficiaries.

Enhance physical health and community integration through weekly activities and develop volunteer skills through monthly workshops.
