Individual therapy sessions

Our free individual therapy sessions offer personalised, one-on-one support, carefully tailored to meet each person’s unique needs, up to 15 sessions per person.

Guided by professional therapists, these sessions provide a safe and confidential space to explore challenges, build resilience, and enhance confidence. Each person receives practical tools and strategies to address daily difficulties, fostering positive mental wellbeing.

Elegibility for participants

Our mental health and psychosocial support services are specifically designed for those who can’t afford private care and are part of specific communities that are often at risk of social exclusion, such as refugees, LGBTQ+ individuals, victims of domestic violence, and others.

If you haven’t yet, please ensure you have reviewed our general information page before requesting support, as it includes important details and requirements – thank you.

What else is included in our support?

We believe that mental health is interconnected with all areas in life, and we therefore offer more than just therapy and psychosocial support sessions for those who are receiving our care, based on availability.
