Iguality uses #Tech4Good

Social innovation for efficiency and M&E

We strive to be a modern and innovative organisation, and use the experience of our team members in the private sector to make social innovation a key aspect of our work:

We embrace technology and innovative tools to minimise time spent on admin and maximise time spent on our work.

We have built our own apps and applications to ensure high-quality Monitoring & Evaluation (M&E) of our impact.

We work on collaborative projects (for example through Erasmus+) to help other organisations increase their efficiency through technology or built the social apps of the future.

Some examples

Using automations and no-code tools to optimise our work

Below you can find some examples of how we have optimised our work through the efficient use of technology. If you’re an NGO and interested to also apply this to your work, don’t hesitate to reach out to us.

Our comprehensive tool with nonprofit discount to manage almost everything: our volunteers, beneficiaries, finances, partnerships and much more. And even better: Airtable matches all GDPR and Data Protection requirements (if set-up correctly).

This tool allows us to automate many of our processes, like contract creation, volunteer agreements, financial exchanges and much more. They have a great nonprofit offer to use the tool at no cost.

The comprehensive software package of Google to give our team email addresses, a calendar, access to Google Drive and Docs, and much more including video calling. And, completely free for nonprofits.

Forget all the expensive form builders out there, and definitely forget Google Forms: Fillout offers beautiful and simple form building, and you can connect it with other great tools like Airtable. It’s not 100% free if you receive many responses, but we have been able to use the free version until now.

Probably already more known amongst nonprofit organisations and small businesses, but Canva is just a must-have, especially because it’s also 100% free for nonprofits. We couldn’t have our fancy social media accounts without Canva!

While WordPress is much used amongst nonprofit organisations and other organisations, the advanced but efficient theme builder Divi has been a must to built our website as you are using it now. It costs some money, but with the lifetime offer it’s still a great deal.

To find great contacts at other NGOs or companies, or to find volunteers, we have made use of the great LinkedIn offer for nonprofits to use Sales Navigator for lead generation.
