As stated earlier in this policy, all conflicts of interest must be reported annually in a written statement to the board. The board will maintain a record of all disclosures and decisions related to conflicts of interest.

This policy will be reviewed annually to ensure compliance with both legal requirements and organisational best practices. It will also be updated whenever there are significant changes in the organisation’s operations or legal obligations.
