Frameworks

Legal & Regulatory Compliance

Our trainings on equality, LGBTQ+ inclusion, and workplace wellbeing align with Spanish and European legal frameworks and international standards.

Spanish context

Spanish law requires companies (especially with 50+ staff) to provide equality and inclusion training. Iguality Academy helps you comply with laws 3/2007, 1026/2024, and 10/2022 efficiently and effectively.

EU context

The EU’s CSRD requires companies to report on social impact, including diversity and equality. Our trainings help strengthen your internal impact while contributing to broader social change.

International context

By investing in equality and inclusion training, your company supports the UN SDGs—especially SDG 5 (Gender Equality) and SDG 10 (Reduced Inequalities)—showcasing its global social responsibility.
