You can get there by bus (line 150) or metro to Pl. Espanya (about 20 min walk from the metro). The main entrance and reception are currently closed for construction — just follow the signs to the secondary entrance on C/ Pierre de Coubertin. Once you're inside, look for the cement pitch, or ask anyone how to find it.
