Before requesting our support, please ensure you have read the above, and that you also meet the following minimum requirements:

You’re older than 18

Z

You don’t have any other option to receive mental health care

Z

You’re motivated to receive support and willing to dedicate to the process

You’re located in or around:

  • Barcelona, Spain
  • Athens, Greece

Exceptions:

There are some specific situations in which we can’t offer support:

Cases of strong psychiatric disorders

Cases of violent (verbal or physical) behaviour

Cases of disinterest in the offered support

Use painting or clay to express yourself creatively, then share and reflect on your experience with the group.

Yoga

Gentle stretches, movement, and breathing to balance your body and mind, helping you relax and improve your overall wellbeing.

  • If someone is considered not to be eligible to the services of the program, we will always try to send alternative options to receive support.
  • Our acceptance criteria may vary over time, as we prioritize and accept support requests based on our current availability, overall program demand and the existing waiting list.
