Weekly supervision and other support

Last updated: April 27, 2025 at 14:31

You’re never alone in this work. Iguality offers weekly group supervision for all volunteer therapists — a space to reflect, share, and support each other.

How it works:

  • Sessions last 90 minutes.
  • Each therapist has around 10 minutes to present a case they are working on.
  • You’ll receive feedback, suggestions, and new perspectives from peers and supervisors.
  • It’s a safe, non-judgmental space to ask questions and talk through challenges.
  • Sessions are held in either English or Spanish, depending on the group.

Supervision is mainly facilitated by Alex, with additional support from Luciana and Johanna. You can view the full upcoming supervision calendar through the Volunteer Therapist Platform or directly here: View the Group Supervision Calendar

If you ever need more private or urgent support, just reach out to Vincent, Luciana or Alex. We’re always available to set up a one-on-one call or video meeting to discuss your case.
