The Main Pillars of our work

Last updated: May 1, 2025 at 16:15

Our work is rooted in three central pillars that guide everything we do:

  • Psychosocial Support (MHPSS): This pillar focuses on providing free therapy—both individual and group sessions—backed by social workers who assist individuals with navigating the complexities of life. Our volunteer therapists play a crucial role in providing psychological support for people dealing with trauma, stress, and emotional difficulties.
  • Sports & Social Belonging: We believe in the transformative power of physical activity and community connection. Through weekly sports activities such as football, running, and others, we encourage physical health while also fostering a sense of belonging and social cohesion. These activities help combat isolation, promote teamwork, and improve mental well-being.
  • Advocacy & Awareness: Our advocacy work amplifies the voices of those who are often overlooked in mainstream mental health conversations. We work on raising awareness around mental health accessibility, fighting stigma, and influencing policy to create lasting change in the mental health system. This pillar ensures that marginalized communities receive not just care, but also recognition and support from wider society.
