What is Iguality
Iguality Lab i Comunitat is a Catalan non-profit association, founded in Barcelona in 2022. We provide free psychosocial support and community programming to people at risk of social exclusion: refugees, migrants, LGBTQ+ people, people with disabilities, victims of domestic violence, and people in economic hardship, through three areas of work: psychosocial support, sports and social belonging, and advocacy and awareness raising.

What does it mean to be a member
Being a member of Iguality means being part of the association itself, not just supporting it financially. Members have real rights: a vote at our General Assembly, access to our accounts and governance records, and a voice in shaping our direction. It's a small legal distinction with a real meaning, in Catalunya, associations like ours belong to their members.
