Safeguarding Policy

All incidents falling under this protocol can be reported using Iguality's existing safeguarding channels and will be managed through the Safeguarding Protocol.

Where someone's immediate safety is at risk, emergency action takes priority over completing a safeguarding report.

Sexual Harassment Policy

Where violence, threats or intimidation are sexual or gender-based, the Sexual Harassment Policy may apply in addition to this protocol.

When there is an immediate safety concern, the emergency actions in this protocol should be followed first.

Code of Conduct

Violent, threatening or seriously aggressive behaviour may also constitute a breach of Iguality's Code of Conduct or conditions for participation in an Iguality service.

Any resulting measures should be proportionate to the behaviour, risk and circumstances.
