If a board member wishes to terminate their board membership, they are asked to write an email to board@iguality.org to inform the other members of the board about their decision. The rest of the board will then take the necessary action to officially terminate the membership and will start the search for a matching replacement.
Forced leave
In case of disagreement within the board, or bad functioning of a board member, any board member can request to vote for the leave of another board member. Only if ⅔ of the board votes in favour, the board member will be asked to leave the board.
