How to plan sessions

To organize a new session, start by suggesting a date and time—it’s often helpful to choose a regular, recurring slot (e.g., weekly, biweekly, or monthly) to keep things consistent. Once you have a proposed time, confirm it with the General Coordinator.

After confirmation, the General Coordinator will:

  • Input the session into our registration system,
  • Add it to Eventbrite and Strava for wider visibility and to track registrations.

Participants can sign up through Iguality’s registration form, but some may choose to register via Eventbrite or Strava. Always check these platforms to ensure you’re aware of all attendees. This will help you plan and ensure the session is well-attended.
