All individuals involved with Iguality are informed of this policy upon joining the organisation. During the onboarding process, the policy is thoroughly reviewed and explained alongside other key organisational policies.

Additionally, any external participants engaging in Iguality’s activities will be made aware of the relevant policies to ensure shared understanding and compliance.
