A one-year project providing free, high-quality psychosocial support to young migrants and refugees aged 18-34 in Barcelona and surrounding areas, who face barriers to accessing mental health care. Through individual and group therapy, sports, yoga and community accompaniment, the project addresses the multiple factors that affect mental wellbeing. Alongside direct support, the project promotes social inclusion and fights stigma through awareness campaigns and community events.
