Healing Through Community: A Mental Health & Belonging Project

With support from Lululemon’s Here to Be Community Wellbeing Grant, Iguality is launching a one-year project to provide free, holistic mental health and psychosocial support to individuals from underserved communities in Barcelona. By combining therapy, legal aid, and sports-based activities, and engaging a diverse team of volunteers, the initiative fosters healing, inclusion, and a sense of belonging—while raising awareness and challenging stigma around mental health.

• Build a diverse, community-driven volunteer network that offers psychological, legal, and social care.
• Promote holistic wellbeing through integrated support services, including therapy, legal aid, and physical activities.
• Raise awareness and reduce stigma surrounding mental health through community engagement and advocacy.
