Fundación Áurea & Iguality

Fundación Áurea is a social support organisation founded in 2009, dedicated to improving the lives of disadvantaged groups by supporting projects that address basic needs and healthcare. Their work focuses mainly on local initiatives, but they also extend their support to broader communities, always aiming to create a positive social impact.

Our collaboration with Fundación Áurea centres on improving access to community-based mental health and wellbeing support for people at risk of social exclusion. We provide specialised mental health care and activities to beneficiaries referred by Fundación Áurea, while they help inform their community about our programmes and facilitate referrals. The partnership is based on knowledge exchange, coordinated action, and a shared commitment to supporting marginalised groups in Barcelona.
