If you feel like you might seriously harm yourself or attempt suicide, you need urgent medical help.

Eligibility for participants

Our mental health and psychosocial support services are specifically designed for those who can’t afford private care and are part of specific communities that are often at risk of social exclusion, such as refugees, LGBTQ+ individuals, victims of domestic violence, and others.

If you haven’t yet, please ensure you have reviewed our general information page before requesting support, as it includes important details and requirements – thank you.

Some of our group activities may be only accessible for specific communities, which will be indicated in the registration form.

How to join a group support activity?

You can register directly or view the calendar first. If no sessions show in the registration form it means we don’t have space for our upcoming sessions. You can easily stay up to date of newly planned sessions through our WhatsApp group here.
