In addition to standard time off, we recognise several other types of leave:
- Sick Leave: Team members must inform their supervisor as soon as possible. If required, a doctor's note should be provided.
- **Maternity, Paternity, and Parental Leave: **This leave follows Spanish law, and we offer additional benefits to support our team members during this important time.
- Compassionate/Bereavement Leave: Team members may request compassionate leave in cases where next of kin or close friends are facing severe health issues or in the event of a death.
- Unpaid Leave: Requests for unpaid leave can be made but are not guaranteed and require approval.
- Sabbatical: Team members can request a sabbatical, which is subject to approval and not guaranteed.
