Be at least 21 years old
Have some experience in coordination, management or leadership (not necessarily in sports)
Live in or close to Barcelona
Speak English and a bit of Spanish, or vice versa
Commit to helping out at least once a month for a minimum of 6 months
How does it work?

The sport sessions
Our sports sessions are designed to be fun, inclusive, and accessible. They focus on creating a sense of community and wellbeing rather than competition. Whether it’s a casual run or a friendly football match, the goal is to help people feel good—physically and mentally.
Your role
As a sports volunteer, you’ll help plan and lead activities, welcome participants, and make sure everyone feels safe and included. You can suggest new ideas or formats, and you’ll always have the support of our coordination team to help with logistics and promotion.

The advantages of being a sports volunteer
Gain experience in organising events and working in a team
