The volunteering requirements
Be at least 21 years old
Be motivated to support a young and ambitious NGO through a variety of tasks
Live in or around Barcelona
Speak English or Spanish
How does it work?

The community tasks
Community volunteers support us based on availability and need. This could mean helping at events, translating documents, supporting awareness campaigns, or lending a hand in creative projects. The tasks vary, so there’s something for everyone, depending on your skills and interests.
What you will do
You’ll join our dedicated WhatsApp group, where we regularly post calls for help. You can respond to the ones that suit your time and skills—no pressure, no fixed schedule. It’s a flexible way to stay engaged and support Iguality’s mission when you can.
