Our Coordination team is dedicated to making a meaningful social impact through compassionate and community-driven work. They ensure our mental health and care initiatives are effectively delivered, supporting our community with empathy and expertise while also running things on the background.

Luciana Wachockier

MHPSS Coordinator

Psychologist specialised in art therapy, responsible for coordinating our volunteer therapists, overseeing patient care, leading learning and development, and facilitating group therapy.

Vincent Simon van Grondelle

Director

Originally a social worker, with experience in both private and nonprofit sectors, responsible for overseeing the organisation’s strategy, operations and growth.

Blanca Fernández Contreras

Fundraising & Partnerships Officer

Architect who transitioned into the social sector, responsible for grant writing and management, strategy development, and supporting both internal and external communications.

Adil Qureshi

Clinical Supervisor

Clinical psychologist and university professor, responsible for organising and leading weekly supervision for volunteer therapists, and providing safeguarding and clinical guidance.

Caroline Erize

Communications & Advocacy Officer

Originally a UX designer and software engineer turned leadership coach, with experience spanning tech, design, and social impact, responsible for amplifying Iguality's voice and advocating for mental health access for all.
