Iguality Volunteering
How does it work?
The content
You’ll design and deliver a training session based on your area of expertise. It should be practical, engaging, and relevant to our work in mental health, social justice, or the NGO sector. We encourage interactive formats that invite participation and discussion. Our team is happy to support you in shaping the session if needed.
The training
Once your proposal is accepted, we’ll coordinate with you to find suitable dates and formats—whether in-person in Barcelona or online. We’ll also help promote the session, manage logistics, and make sure everything runs smoothly. Each trainer is asked to deliver at least two sessions in total, to ensure lasting impact.
