Sports and Social Integration

We recognise the strong connection between physical and mental health, and believe that sports are a powerful way to support both. Our weekly sports activities, such as football, running and cycling, are created to help people work on an active and healthy lifestyle, and improve their overall wellbeing. 

The sports we offer

Some of our sports are happening on a recurring basis, and others happen occasionally. Yet, each activity is always open to anyone!

Street football

Every week we play street football on a awesome pitch in the heart of Raval, bringing together a diverse community of football enthusiasts!

Road Cycling

We often organise beautiful rides of different levels, always with an early-return option by train, while we always wait for each other!

Running

Now and then we also organise community runs in Barcelona, for example on the beach or in Ciutadella park, with different distances to suit everyone.

How to join?

In our WhatsApp group we share all our different activities, so that’s the easiest way to stay up to date! You can also follow us on your favourite channels like Strava, Meetup or Eventbrite to receive updates via email and the apps.

Our annual cycling event

Do you already know our largest annual sports event? The Ride for Iguality is a fantastic community cycling event where we bring together a large diverse group of cyclists to raise awareness about mental health and collect donations for our work.

There is even a weekend-stay possible, and there’s an official Iguality cycling jersey! Will you join this year in September, or become a sponsor with your company?
