Here’s a snapshot of the most prominent ideas, feedback, and suggestions, along with how we’re already taking steps to bring them to life:
1. Creating a Steady Income Through Products
Your Input: Sell products like t-shirts with inspiring quotes or texts related to mental health.
Our Response: This idea was already on our radar, and we’re keen to bring it to life once we can dedicate more resources to it. Stay tuned—it’s definitely in our plans.
2. Expanding Gender-Inclusive Sports Activities
Your Input: Include more inclusive sports activities like running and hiking.
Our Response: This gave us the final push! We’re starting weekly running sessions this month, and you can already register here. We’re also exploring hiking, yoga, and more activities for later this year.
3. Online Therapy Beyond Barcelona
Your Input: Offer online therapy on an international level, including Latin America.
Our Response: A fantastic idea and something we’re considering for the future, once we’re more established locally.
4. Engaging Youth Through Talks and Workshops
Your Input: Carry out conferences and talks at schools and universities.
Our Response: We’d love to! While we don’t currently have the resources for targeted outreach, we’re open to collaborating if anyone has leads or contacts.
5. Amplifying Community Voices on Social Media
Your Input: Make social media more dynamic and highlight community voices.
Our Response: Great call. We’re already working on our first community Reels for Instagram—watch this space for some powerful stories.
6. Reaching Out to Potential Health Partners
Your Input: Connect with health companies, clinics, or apps that might support us through donations.
Our Response: We love this suggestion and have already included it in our ongoing outreach for potential partners.
7. Offering Workplace Wellbeing Sessions for Donations
Your Input: Provide workshops to companies in exchange for financial support.
Our Response: We’re on it! We just launched our Workplace Wellbeing Packages, where companies can support our mission while investing in their teams’ wellbeing.
8. Increasing Volunteer Activities
Your Input: Organize more volunteer activities.
Our Response: Absolutely. We’ve expanded support opportunities for volunteer therapists and are planning another volunteer event soon.
9. Connecting with Employee Resource Groups (ERGs)
Your Input: Use ERGs to connect with companies.
Our Response: Excellent idea. We’re adding this to our company outreach strategy right now.
10. Measuring Impact More Robustly
Your Input: Develop more robust outcome measures to assess our work.
Our Response: We’re on it! Our intern Polina is conducting in-depth research to evaluate the impact of our programs on both volunteers and beneficiaries.
11. Sharing More Testimonials
Your Input: Highlight more personal stories from those receiving our support.
Our Response: We hear you. We’re planning to share more testimonials on our social media and through volunteer updates.
12. Improving Therapy Spaces
Your Input: Enhance the spaces we use for therapy sessions.
Our Response: We completely agree. It’s been a challenge to secure stable spaces, but we’re actively seeking additional options to complement our collaboration with the Civic Center in Born.
Your insights and ideas are invaluable in helping us grow, learn, and serve better. We’re very happy for your input and are committed to implementing these suggestions step by step, keeping our community-led approach at the core of everything we do.
