Storage of highly sensitive data

Last updated: April 27, 2025 at 08:14

We highly prioritise the protection of highly sensitive data, especially patient/user information. For utmost security and confidentiality, this data is stored within a dedicated and secure database hosted by Airtable, our trusted data storage provider. Airtable strictly adheres to stringent security standards, including ISO certifications, implementing a comprehensive set of safety measures to maintain the integrity and privacy of the stored data.

Additionally, for certain data acquired through forms, we utilise Fillout as a temporary storage solution. However, to maintain a high level of data privacy, all information stored in Fillout is automatically and securely deleted every 2 months. This stringent practice ensures that sensitive information is not retained beyond the necessary duration, aligning with our commitment to data protection and privacy.

Access to this highly sensitive data is strictly restricted to the relevant psychologists and social workers who require it to deliver the necessary support and services. These individuals have undergone a thorough selection process and have signed confidentiality agreements with Iguality, reaffirming their commitment to upholding the privacy and confidentiality of the data they access.

In addition to the security measures provided by Airtable, we have implemented internal safeguards and policies to further fortify the protection of highly sensitive data. These measures include regular review of access permissions and continuous monitoring and auditing of data access and usage.

At Iguality, we understand the significance of data minimization and adhere to the principle of retaining highly sensitive data only for as long as it is essential to provide the required support. Once the data is no longer necessary, we promptly and securely delete it from our systems, ensuring that it is not retained beyond the required period.
