Relevance of Iguality Policies

This Code of Conduct is part of a broader set of Iguality’s policies designed to ensure the safety, dignity, and wellbeing of everyone involved in our work.
Other key policies — such as our Safeguarding Policy, Privacy Policy, Harm Prevention Policy, and Sexual Harassment Policy — provide specific guidance and procedures that align with the values and expectations outlined here.
Violations of any of these policies are considered breaches of this Code of Conduct. The levels of consequences described in this Code will be used to determine appropriate responses to misconduct.
Decisions related to breaches — including disciplinary action — are made by the Safeguarding Committee in collaboration with Iguality’s management, in accordance with our internal protocols and commitment to fairness.
