LGBTQ+ Diversity in the Workplace
Beschrijving
This course introduces fundamental concepts of sexual orientation, gender identity, and LGBTQ+ rights. Participants learn to use inclusive language and practices, understand challenges faced by LGBTQ+ individuals, and promote belonging and equality within their teams and organization.

Preventing Harassment and Sexual Violence

In deze cursus leert u hoe u intimidatie en seksueel geweld kunt herkennen, voorkomen en erop kunt reageren. Daarnaast krijgt u praktische hulpmiddelen voor interventie en het creëren van een veilige, respectvolle werkplek.

Gender Equality and Non-Discrimination
Beschrijving
In deze cursus onderzoeken we gelijkheid en non-discriminatie op de werkvloer. De nadruk ligt op gendergelijkheid, bewustzijn van vooroordelen en het bevorderen van respectvolle, inclusieve communicatie.

Juridische en regelgevende naleving
Onze trainingen over gelijkheid, LGBTQ+-inclusie en welzijn op de werkplek zijn afgestemd op de Spaanse en Europese wettelijke kaders en internationale normen.
Spaanse context
De Spaanse wet vereist dat bedrijven (vooral met 50+ werknemers) trainingen over gelijkheid en inclusie aanbieden. Iguality Academy helpt u efficiënt en effectief te voldoen aan de wetten 3/2007, 1026/2024 en 10/2022.
EU-context
