Our collaboration with Altera centres on improving access to community-based mental health and wellbeing support for people at risk of social exclusion. We combine our expertise and resources to offer tailored psychological care, training, and awareness-raising activities, and facilitate referrals between our organisations to ensure individuals receive the most appropriate support.
