Before making a referral to Iguality, the referring party must ensure that the person being referred has been informed about the specific service they will be referred to, whether it is sports and community activities, psychological support, or another Iguality service.
You can find complete descriptions of all our services and their requirements per aquí. It is essential to explain the level of commitment expected. For example, if a person cannot attend weekly sessions, it would not be appropriate to refer them to our psychological support service.
Requisits
Psychosocial Care (MHPSS)
For referrals to Iguality’s psychological or psychosocial individual or group therapy, the following conditions must always be met:

The person wants to participate and is in a sufficiently stable situation to commit to the process.

The person has been clearly informed about the goals and nature of the support or therapy they will receive.

The person does not have other adequate support options (e.g., private therapy or sufficient public services).

The person can attend in person or connect online from a private and stable location with reliable internet access.

The person does not present severe psychiatric disorders requiring medical treatment or long-term hospitalization.
Other activities
For our other activities, such as the sport sessions or our community events, there are no specific requirements as anyone can join freely.

How to make a referral
Individual care / therapy
Use the form below to submit a referral for someone, with them, or provide them with the link directly. There is an option to leave your name and email to receive updates on the referral process. Please ensure you have the person’s permission before submitting on their behalf.
Group support / Therapy
Use the form below to register someone for an upcoming group support session (e.g., art therapy). They will receive a confirmation email and a reminder the day before the session. Registration is required for each session.
Activitats esportives
Use the form below to register someone for an upcoming sports activity, or share the form so they can register themselves. They will receive a confirmation email and a reminder the day before the activity. You can leave your email as well in case we need to reach out to you. Registration is required for each session.
