This professional-focused day brings together mental health practitioners, social workers, educators, community leaders, and activists to deepen the conversation around mental health in Barcelona. Through keynote talks, a roundtable discussion, lived-experience testimonies, and participatory workshops, we will collectively explore how to reduce stigma, strengthen access to care, and foster a more supportive, inclusive culture of wellbeing.

- Roundtable with diverse experts and community leaders
- Testimonials from people with lived experience
- Small group discussions and structured conversations
- Participatory workshop: co-creating proposals for action
- Closing circle
This event is part of the project āA Culture of Community Mental Healthā, promoted by Iguality with the support of the Ajuntament de Barcelona. It complements the professional day āBuilding a Culture of Positive Mental Healthā, ensuring that knowledge, care, and creativity flow between experts and the wider community.
