Last updated: July 15, 2025 at 14:13

Welcome to Iguality! To help your internship run smoothly, this guide offers useful information to familiarize you with your role, the team, and the city. This document is new and will be updated regularly.

Our mission is to reduce the gap in access to mental health care, focusing primarily on providing free psychological sessions to migrants and immigrants in Barcelona through volunteer psychologists. To sustain this work, we also engage in social media outreach, grant applications, networking events, and fundraising activities.

Iguality is mainly volunteer-driven, so every team member plays a valuable role. As an intern, you will be assigned to specific areas aligned with your background, interests, and availability. You’ll receive access to our team portals, where you can review your tasks and responsibilities, detailed further in this guide.
