Investigation and Measures

Sexual harassment concerns are handled seriously, confidentially, and respectfully. Investigations follow the procedure detailed in the Safeguarding Policy, with these additional commitments specific to sexual harassment cases:

Confidentiality:
All reports are handled confidentially, with information shared only on a strict need-to-know basis to protect the privacy of those involved.

Non-Retaliation:
Iguality strictly prohibits retaliation against anyone who reports sexual harassment or participates in an investigation. Any retaliation will be treated as a serious violation.

Impartial Investigation:
Investigations will be conducted promptly and impartially by the Designated Safeguarding Lead and/or the Safeguarding Committee. All parties will be treated with respect and sensitivity throughout the process.

Gathering Evidence:
Relevant information and evidence will be collected, including interviews and any supporting documentation (e.g. emails, photos, messages).

Documentation:
All investigation records are securely stored and kept confidential in line with Iguality’s data protection policies.
