All paid staff, board members, interns, and volunteers with access to Iguality's digital systems must follow these rules.
Access and accounts
- Use only your official Iguality KSuite email account for organisational communications.
- Do not share login credentials with anyone.
- Enable two-step verification (2FA) on all Iguality-related accounts immediately upon onboarding.
Data handling
- Do not store beneficiary or personal data on personal devices or in personal cloud accounts.
- Do not share sensitive data via WhatsApp or other messaging platforms unless strictly operationally necessary, and never with external parties.
- Always use approved tools for storing and sharing organisational data.
AI usage
- Only Euria and Claude are permitted for work-related AI tasks.
- Never enter real names, identifying details, or sensitive beneficiary information into any AI tool.
- Do not use ChatGPT, Gemini, Copilot, or any other AI tool for Iguality work.
Incidents
If you suspect a data breach, unauthorised access, or loss of a device with organisational data, report it immediately to security@iguality.org.
