EuroPride 2025 in Lisbon: Caroline Erize representing Iguality

Iguality is excited to take part in EuroPride 2025, happening in Lisbon from June 14 to 22—a landmark event celebrating diversity, inclusion, and LGBTQIA+ rights across Europe.

Our representative, Caroline Erize, will speak at the Human Rights Conference, held at the historic Cinema São Jorge on Thursday, June 19. She will participate in the session titled “Minority Stress: Mental Health in the LGBTQIA+ Community”, focusing on how stigma, exclusion, and systemic discrimination impact mental health outcomes for LGBTQIA+ individuals.

The session will highlight the urgent need for culturally competent, inclusive mental health support systems that account for intersectional and layered experiences within the LGBTQIA+ community.
