When to Report a Concern

Last updated: September 7, 2025 at 11:26

All members of the Iguality community are expected to report any situation that made them — or someone else — feel uncomfortable, unsafe, humiliated, or threatened.

You should report if:

  • You personally experienced inappropriate, unsafe, or harassing behaviour.
  • You witnessed others being treated disrespectfully, unsafely, or inappropriately.
  • You observed humiliating, hostile, degrading, dangerous, or threatening behaviour.
  • You heard about a situation that raises concern, even if you are unsure if it qualifies as sexual harassment.
  • You have reported a concern previously but feel it was not handled correctly.
  • You are uncertain but believe there may be a risk of sexual harassment.

If in doubt, we encourage you to report. Speaking up protects everyone.
