Join us for a free live music event hosted by Iguality & Beats for Relief at Convent Sant Agusti (el Born), featuring Tia Einarsen, Josh Parker & ROMM, with reflections on music and mental health. Entrance is free for everyone and we invite you to bring friends and family!

Welcome to the next Iguality Community Night, a special event celebrating music, mental health and community. Co-organised by Iguality and Beats for Relief, this gathering brings together volunteers, friends, and the wider public in the wonderful Sala Noble at the Civic Center in Born.

The evening features three fantastic live acts:

  • Tia Einarsen – A singer-songwriter from Chicago whose music channels deep personal experience. From early guitar strumming to playing legendary venues like Schuba’s and the Double Door, Tia brings heartfelt lyrics and raw emotional honesty to the stage. Check-out her music over here.
  • ROMM – A rising R&B/pop artist from the UK, now based in Barcelona. Influenced by icons like Norah Jones, Alicia Keys, RAYE, and Amy Winehouse, ROMM captivates with a unique voice and intimate lyrics exploring love, identity, and emotional depth. Check-out her music over here.
  • Josh Parker – A British singer-songwriter born near Hebden Bridge, a small town in Yorkshire known for its folk music scene. With a raspy, raw voice and an emotional, vulnerable performance style, Josh blends folk, jazz, and blues into a unique acoustic sound. Now based in Barcelona, he’s bringing new stories and energy to his songwriting. Check-out his music over here.

The Iguality team will also share a few words about the strengths of music and its connection to emotional wellbeing, especially in the context of inclusive mental health support.

After the music (approx. 1 hour), we’ll head to a nearby bar to keep the good energy flowing. Everyone’s welcome so bring your partner, friends or family! Make sure to register each person individually. See you there!
