- Report directly to the Designated Safeguarding Lead (DSL).
- Contact any member of the Safeguarding Committee (contact details available in the Iguality Handbook).

Gender Preference:
If you prefer to speak with a staff member of a particular gender due to the nature of the issue, you can contact the Gender Safeguarding Lead listed in the Iguality Handbook.
Advice for Reporting:
When reporting a concern, please try to include:
- Who was involved (names if possible — your report remains confidential).
- Where the incident took place.
- How you were involved or what you observed.
- Why you believe the situation is harmful or inappropriate.
