Objetivos
- Psychoeducational Workshops: Offer tailored psychoeducational workshops and well-being activities to migrants and refugees, focusing on stress management, conflict resolution, and resilience-building.
- Community Involvement: Involve local therapists and volunteers in psychoeducation to increase community belonging and unity.
- Awareness Raising: Raise awareness of the human rights and needs of migrants and refugees in Spain and Greece through targeted campaigns.
