This community-focused day invites anyone interested in mental health and wellbeing to explore engaging, hands-on workshops and activities. Participants will experience creative expression, movement-based practices, and interactive sessions with mental health professionals, gaining practical tools for emotional self-care, resilience, and inclusion. The day is designed to reduce stigma, connect people to local resources, and foster a culture of mutual support and positive mental health in the community.

This event is part of the project ā€œA Culture of Community Mental Healthā€, promoted by Iguality with the support of the Ajuntament de Barcelona. It complements the professional day ā€œBuilding a Culture of Positive Mental Healthā€, allowing insights, practices, and creativity to flow between experts and the wider community.
