The sport sessions<\/h3>\n

Our sports sessions are designed to be fun, inclusive, and accessible. They focus on creating a sense of community and wellbeing rather than competition. Whether it’s a casual run or a friendly football match, the goal is to help people feel good\u2014physically and mentally.<\/p>\n

Your role<\/h3>\n

As a sports volunteer, you\u2019ll help plan and lead activities, welcome participants, and make sure everyone feels safe and included. You can suggest new ideas or formats, and you\u2019ll always have the support of our coordination team to help with logistics and promotion.<\/p>\n
