These purchases must be approved by the Director and fully documented, including the reason for urgency and the steps taken to comply with policy as closely as possible.<\/li><li><strong>Very low-value purchases<\/strong>, generally under \u20ac500, may follow simplified procedures when formal comparison of suppliers is impractical, provided the purchase remains reasonable and aligned with budget allocations.<\/li><li><strong>Donor-imposed deadlines<\/strong> may require expedited procurement if standard procedures cannot be completed in time.
