Who We Support

At Iguality, our patients come from many walks of life. They may have different migration stories, cultural backgrounds, or personal identities — but they share two things in common:

1. They don’t have access to traditional mental health care, often due to legal or financial barriers.
2. They face specific challenges that increase their vulnerability, such as fleeing conflict, experiencing discrimination, or navigating life in a new country.

While most live in or around Barcelona, our patient community spans more than 25 nationalities — and growing. As a therapist, you’ll work with individuals from diverse backgrounds and help build bridges of understanding, care, and trust.
