Weekly Activities Overview

At Iguality, we currently offer two regular sports activities each week, designed to promote movement, connection, and inclusion:

  • Football takes place every Tuesday at 19:15 in Raval, lasting around one hour.
  • Our running group meets every Wednesday at 19:30, with a different route and meeting point each week. Runs vary in distance—from 5 to 20 kilometers—and are always adapted to different fitness levels. Everyone is encouraged to go at their own pace.

In addition to these weekly sessions, we sometimes organize seasonal or ad-hoc activities depending on interest and volunteer availability. These could include:

  • Hikes or nature walks,
  • Beach volleyball or other informal games,
  • Special community sports events.

These sessions are informal in structure but grounded in our values of inclusion, safety, and enjoyment. You don’t need to be an expert or athlete to participate—just willing to join in and help create a welcoming space.
