Introduction to the Harm Prevention Policy

As an organisation working in the field of mental health, we work with many types of cases where people can be in very difficult situations. They can face severe depression or other kind of mental health disorders, which can give them strong negative feelings about their life.

This can have a strong, negative impact on their overall wellbeing. Unfortunately, in some cases, this can lead to thoughts or acts of self-harm or harm to others, including suicidal attempts. Therefore, it is of utmost importance to be aware of what these concepts mean, how to recognise them and thus how to prevent them from happening, if possible.
