This Code of Conduct applies to everyone involved with Iguality. This includes, but is not limited to:
- Staff members
- Volunteers and interns
- Board members and advisors
- Partners, suppliers, and consultants
- Donors, collaborators, and external professionals
- Participants and beneficiaries of Iguality’s activities
The Code is valid in all environments connected to Iguality, including:
- Iguality premises and office spaces
- Events, workshops, and activities organized or sponsored by Iguality
- Digital spaces such as emails, online meetings, and social media platforms
- Any external settings where someone is acting in connection with Iguality (e.g. outreach, public events)
External individuals engaging in Iguality’s activities are also expected to behave in line with these principles. By participating in any form with Iguality, individuals agree to uphold the standards and values outlined in this Code.
