Internship Supervisor
You will have a dedicated supervisor to support you throughout your internship. Psychology interns also receive clinical supervision for case discussions and learning.
Places for Working
Iguality doesn’t have a fixed office, so you can work from:
- Cafés like Sandwichez or 365
- El Born civic centre (for counseling and events)
- Partner company spaces
- Remotely, from home or other locations
If you plan to work abroad during your internship, please notify your supervisor in advance.

Your wellbeing is a priority. We hold bi-weekly supervision sessions to provide a safe space for professional and personal support. You are encouraged to reach out anytime by WhatsApp or email. Please familiarize yourself with our Safeguarding guidelines to handle situations confidently.
