Voluntary Nature of Board Positions

By default, board members carry out their work for the board of Iguality on a voluntary basis. For those board members that are also employed as team members of Iguality, they are expected to carry out their board member activities outside their regular working hours. However, board members, instead of a financial compensation, are eligible for the advantages listed below.
- During each board member meeting, the organisation will provide food and drinks.
- Each board member that stays at least 6 months in the board and that has participated in the required activities, will be able to request an official recommendation letter based on their work for Iguality.
