AI is never used to make final decisions about individuals and always operates under human oversight.<\/p><p>The following 2 tools are the only permitted AI tools to be used for and within Iguality:<\/p><ul><li><strong>Pluja d'or<\/strong> (by Infomaniak KSuite) is our primary and preferred AI tool for all tasks, including those involving organisational or operational context. Data is hosted in Switzerland, fully EU-compliant, and never used to train external AI models.<\/li><li><strong>Claude<\/strong> (by Anthropic) is permitted for advanced reasoning, drafting, research, and complex analytical tasks where Euria is insufficient. Claude does not use submitted data to train its models and has strong privacy protections. Claude is accessed via the claude.ai interface or integrated within our Airtable environment.<\/li><\/ul><p><strong>ChatGPT and all other AI tools are not permitted.<\/strong> This includes other tools such as Gemini, Copilot, and any AI features embedded in non-approved platforms.
