El seu objectiu \u00e9s garantir que totes les preocupacions es gestionin de manera r\u00e0pida, coherent i amb el m\u00e0xim nivell de cura, prioritzant la seguretat i el benestar de totes les persones implicades.<\/p><p><strong>1: Receipt of Concern & Activation of Safeguarding Leads<\/strong>\nUn problema de protecci\u00f3 es notifica a trav\u00e9s de qualsevol dels canals establerts per Iguality. En rebre&#039;l, els responsables de protecci\u00f3 s\u00f3n notificats i activats immediatament.<\/p><p><strong>2: Assignment of Responsible Lead (Within 24 Hours) & Initial Outreach<\/strong>\nUn responsable de salvaguarda ha d&#039;assumir la responsabilitat principal de la preocupaci\u00f3 en un termini de 24 hores a partir de la notificaci\u00f3.<\/p><ul><li>Si cap responsable no ha assumit la responsabilitat dins d&#039;aquest termini, els responsables de suport a la salvaguarda rebran una notificaci\u00f3 autom\u00e0tica per garantir que es prenguin mesures oportunes.<\/li><li>El responsable assignat es posa en contacte amb les persones implicades per recopilar informaci\u00f3 essencial, avaluar el risc immediat i implementar mesures de seguretat urgents si cal.<\/li><\/ul><p><strong>3: Consulta (si cal)<\/strong>\nSi el cas requereix coneixements addicionals o presenta complexitat, el responsable de salvaguarda consulta amb altres membres de l&#039;equip de coordinaci\u00f3 de la salut mental i els serveis d&#039;atenci\u00f3 al client (SMAPS) \u2014o amb altre personal pertinent\u2014 per donar suport a la presa de decisions i a l&#039;avaluaci\u00f3 de riscos. Tamb\u00e9 pot ser necessari contactar amb l&#039;organitzaci\u00f3 de derivaci\u00f3 de la persona o persones implicades (si escau). <\/p><p><strong>4: Action Plan & Response<\/strong>\n Segons l&#039;avaluaci\u00f3, la preocupaci\u00f3 s&#039;aborda a trav\u00e9s d&#039;una o ambdues de les vies seg\u00fcents:<\/p><ul><li><strong>Resposta interna:<\/strong> Crear i implementar un pla de seguretat, ajustar les estructures de suport, col\u00b7laborar amb terapeutes o treballadors socials i coordinar el suport continu.<\/li><li><strong>Resposta externa:<\/strong> Derivaci\u00f3 a serveis d&#039;emerg\u00e8ncia, atenci\u00f3 hospital\u00e0ria o organitzacions associades quan el risc supera l&#039;abast de Iguality o requereix una intervenci\u00f3 especialitzada.<\/li><\/ul><p><strong>5: Follow-Up, Monitoring & Case Closure<\/strong>\nEl responsable de salvaguarda programa i realitza seguiments per controlar la situaci\u00f3, garantir que les mesures de seguretat continu\u00efn sent efectives i confirmar que totes les derivacions o accions de suport funcionen.
